If you are injured in other situations you have a Personal Injury (or PI) case. Often, PI cases are car wrecks, but can also involve slipping and falling, product liability lawsuits, the negligence of others and even injuries resulting from crimes.

It is important to know that deadlines abound in all of these cases (sometimes only one year from the time of the injury) and you can be barred from forever winning your claim if you don’t act timely. We do not charge a fee to handle most PI and Workers’ Compensation cases.
